This morning I tied to get a group together to go to brunch. Though not many showed up, it was an interesting experience. As I was going through lines getting food, I realized that we often take more food that we really want to eat often causing us to over eat. This is one thing to be careful if when going to places like stations where you can eat as much as you want. It’s always a good idea to start off with a little less than you think you want and go up for seconds if you are still hungry. Do you all have any other ideas on how to eat smarter on campus?
